Yes. I have used the Lelo Luna and the Je Joue Ami. I prefer the Ami and use them regularly.

I have the SmartBalls Teneo and the SinFvie Emigi, I love them both! They're a bunch of fun, if your just curious and want to try some out I'd suggest the Emigi because they're pretty small and easy to insert while the SmartBalls Teneo are a considerably bigger and a little bit harder to get in, but lube helps a lot with those.

I have the Smart Balls and usually use them one or two times a week. I like them a lot but I'm on the prowl for some that I can feel the balls move around a bit more when you move. Thinking the Lunas, but I'm still on the fence.
I can tell a major difference in my PC muscles since I started using them. Like others have mentioned, the Smart Balls are difficult to insert without a good amount of lube.

I got the Emigi about a year ago. I used it on a regular basis when I first got it, but it didn't seem to do anything for me, so I haven't used it in months.

I have a set of the first generation Smartballs. I don't use them all the time, but I've used them more than once. They tend to make me really wet, which I guess is the point but I find it uncomfortable. I tend to wear them a lot during pegging play to add a bit more stimulation.

I voted "I've only tried them once", but that's not strictly true. I have Mae B. Loveballs and have used them less than 10 times in the year since I bought them. There is nothing wrong with them - they just don't inspire me.
