Ami is the more effective of the two. Luna feels better in terms of movement of the balls.

I would take Ami over the Luna Beads. Luna Beads are okay in their own right, but Ami gets you three differently weighted ones, and they are definitely more effective and can be heavier.

I like some of the Ami because it has great weight to it. However, I like my Luna beads more. I like the rumbles. Ami doesn't have that.
