Depends on what you mean by work. Yes, many men with ED use them coupled with a cock ring to achieve and sustain an erection, others use them to get a slight increase in girth or length.
As far as them making a guy bigger permanently I have yet to hear or see any proof. I guess like any part of the body with enough stretching it can be done but I would think it would take a long time to see any significant results.

There are plenty of cheap-o pumps on the market that won't do much even in the short term though.

I agree with the previous posters that it works (sort of) for ED on a temporary basis. I'd also add that I agree with indiglo that it can indeed be very uncomfortable, particularly if you don't get the tension ring (cock ring) sized right. Pumps were designed to help men with poor circulation (diabetes) achieve and maintain erections. They DO work if you're having trouble getting or keeping an erection. They do NOT increase the length of erections. Long-term use may increase girth slightly but "actual results may vary" as usual.

Didn't need to try it, but was intrigued by the idea of a pump. Bought one and all I have to say is that it will definitely get your dick hard. That's about it. Not that comfortable, but pretty cool. Your man will be harder and a bit bigger than ever before.
