Forum highlights on Cock rings:

Sex life changes during pregnancy
My wife is pregnant for the first time, and I was wondering what kind of changes our sex life might have. I'm really interested in what is in store..

Ordering too large.
I placed an order for a babydoll. I tried it one once, and it is WAYYYYY To large. I ordered a 3x/4x when I really wear a 1/2x. Will EF allow me to...

Astroglide foaming during masturbation.
I finally figured out what does this. It comes from the residue left on your hands after washing them with soap. It was pissing me off for the longest

Has anyone ever lost cock rings in their vaginas?
In 2008 I found out I was pregnant and when I went in for my first ob appt the dr said oh my you have something up there...I for the life of me...

Which ring feels best?
Which ring feels the best for a male and which for a female? Just your own personal experiences, I know it's different for everyone.

In my experience using link
they work pretty well. From the guy's side of the ring, it adds a little vibration but really not much else. For the women though, it adds basically a hands free vibrator to sex, which is a good thing since those hands can be doing more. Me and my wife enjoy ours but i would caution that it probably works best with her on top since to much thrusting does mess up the vibration benefit, that is if she likes constant vibration.

As for like metal rings and such, i am not sure. This doesn't do to much for the guys but honestly, another free hand is enough

If you're looking for size enhancement and "staying power," we've found this one to be top notch:

For one that vibrates, we both like this one:

because it is one of the few we've tried that actually worked well in missionary position versus the ones that the woman can't feel all that well unless she's grinding cowgirl-style (and there are many like that).

I agree with Alan & Michele's first example because I have experience with that one as well and it works superbly and is fully adjustable so you don't need to worry about it not fitting.
Other solid cock rings are nicer once you figure out the right size.
As for vibration, that's been pretty hit or miss for me, so I don't have a favorite one in that category.

My husband has the Tantus Beginner C-ring, which I reviewed, and he really likes it.

Two I'd recommend. I'd very much second newme21's suggestion of the Tantus beginner, which is the one we most often use. A second choice would be the Jollies version, which is much more flexible, slimmer, and stretchy enough to apply to a package after the blood gets going. The Tantus requires forethought and an unpreoccupied johnson to don.

As to the benefits, read over the reviews. Primarily increased erection size, as it better constricts the natural blood ebb and flow, which tends to not work as effectively as our bodies age. (BUT it should never heavily restrict - or cut off - the blood flow!!) This is very likely to be noticed visually and internally by your partner. The second benefit for the wearer is often a more drawn out climax, for various technical reasons. Related to this - especially with the Tantus design - is an upward cradling and lift to the balls, which increases sensation quite a bit.

I haven't found the vibrating rings as effective. Personally I find the We-Vibe more interesting for that.

Good question to ask.

They are great. A silicone one with vibrations works very well for me.
