Is the Joque (or other harness) a good beginner's harness?

The Joque harness is good for beginners - and advanced players. The only caveat is that if you are going to use really large toys - something stronger would be a better choice. Since you are a beginner - that shouldn't be a problem.

I haven't really used them but I wanted to point out that that's a pretty expensive one for a beginner. If anything I would get this- link it's pretty much the same thing but without the straps. Underwear would be more natural and yeah also less than half the price, it also comes in different colors if you see the related objects (which are the same thing), only bad thing is sizes can be out a lot but I wouldn't just pick a harness for 100 without looking at a lot of other options anyways.

IF you know you like strap-on / pegging play, then I'd say yes, it's a GREAT harness. After you adjust it the first time, it's super easy, quick, and comfortable to wear. Also, it holds small or medium dildos VERY securely. And it's easy to take care of.

If you're not sure whether you'll like strap-on play, you might start with something less expensive (we just got the Adjustable strap on dildo harness and it's pretty good for about half the price of the Joque). But if you know you like strap-on sex and that you'll keep doing it, I HIGHLY recommend the Joque.
