I completely forgot to update on this. When I received the Mini Magic for review there was literally no information about it to be found. Not in the packaging or the internet. So I wrote to Vibratex and I did not hear anything back for a while. I wrote my review and forgot about it.
A few weeks later I received an email answering ALL my questions (about material, charging time, etc..) and then some! I was really impressed. I am pasting the letter he wrote me below.
I want to thank you for taking the time to contact us with your questions for your review of the Mini Magic. I apologize for the lack of information on our current packaging, we are putting the final touches on our new packaging that will replace the temporary labels.
I have attached an image of the Mini Magic which is numbered to easily identify the parts of the unit that are made of silicone or another material.
#1 - The head of the unit, is made of silicone.
#2 - The neck of the unit, is made of silicone.
#3 - The body of the unit, is made by using hard ABS plastic with a urethane coating giving you that textured feel.
#4 - On/Off/Function cover, is made of silicone.
#5 - Charging port cover, is made of silicone.
The Mini Magic is a water resistant/splash proof item and can be washed under running water of a sink or a shower. Please note, in order to prolong the life of the unit, we do not recommend the user submerge the unit for prolonged continuous periods.
With that said we have tested the unit to verify it's resistance to water by completely submerging the unit while on the "On" position and cycling through each of the six variable speeds, this test had the unit submerged for well over an hour. We then removed the unit, hand dried it and let it air dry to allow for any remaining moisture to evaporate prior to fully charging the unit to verify that the unit functioned with no issues after being submerged. The unit functioned normally with no issue.
This brings me to charging the unit. If the battery of the unit has no charge, it will take the unit approximately three hours to bring the battery to a full charge, which will give the user approximately sixty to ninety minutes of continuous use. This will vary user to user and the speed/function of users preference. An approximate charge of an hour will allow the user to use the unit for a continuous period of thirty to sixty minutes. This again will vary user to user and the speed/function of users preference.
We recommend that users fully charge the unit after each use to ensure the unit will operate at it's optimal strength and speed for the next use.
