A year or so ago I would have said no way. Since then I have learned so much about better materials and such that I would say of course. I don't have the cash to lay down for one...I might if I'd quit ordering other things though...but with points for sure.

While I don't have anything near $200, I do own a few pricier toys (in the $90-$140 range). If just one could get me to orgasm (which hasn't happened yet, but my fingers are crossed!), then yes, I would say it is worth it.

Which I love.
My toy weakness is anything pretty and expensive.
But is the orgasm worth the dough when I can get the job done without the toys?
I think so.
But I can't find good ... more

I think it would be worth it. I have not got one yet but plan on it.

I have difficulty on my own so yes, it's worth it for the orgasms. So long as I use points of course!

Like others have said... is 1 orgasm worth $200 - probably not. Is a happy, healthy, rewarding & fulfilling sex life worth $200? YES!! That's what Eden Points and gift cards are for.

That's exactly how I got my Eroscillator, and I love it!

My wifes favorite toy is the Eroscillator. I suppose it's a luxury toy, but it certainly is not pretty. However, my wife only cares that it works for her every single time.

With points? Most definitely. To have a toy made of safe, long-lasting materials is truly wonderful, and I understand that certain features ramp up the production price. So long as those features are worth it, I say bring it on!

Out-of-pocket, it would have to be a toy I knew would work perfectly for me, and come with a kickass warranty.

I personally don't spend that kind of money on toys.

It's worth it to me as long as it delivers!

Same here! I see them as investments.

This reminds of a couple of different conversations I had with friends years ago.

I remember comparing the costs of dating vs going to a "professional&quo t; (i.e., a prostitute) with my college friends; I seem to recall we all agreed that it was much cheaper just to pay directly for sex!

Similarly, I remember discussing the cost/benefit analysis of $7000 for a realdoll vs a living girlfriend; the consensus was that the realdoll was WAY cheaper. (Of course, there's a lot more to a relationship than orgasms!)

And similar to what Girly Juice said, if you break it down by cost per orgasm, the best toys usually come out looking REALLY good, and in the long run, the best toys (which are usually expensive) come out ahead of cheap toys, in my experience.

I think it's worth it and I splurge when I can. I justify it by knowing that high quality toys are going to last a really, really long time.

Personally, I can usually find a nice enough toy that works for me under $100. I'm pretty broke right now so I try to stick with the less expensive toys.
