Are you having a specific problem that the community can address? It seems that moderate use of clamps and vibes should not cause any damage - but if you're too aggressive - backing off would seem to be the 'solution'.

Yes,
I found that outer skin layer is removed after nipple play. But no pain after the play is finished.

I want to know if there any lotion, cream, or gel can keep the shape of the nipple safe after clampping?

I use a small drop of lube to keep the clamps from tearing at my skin. Also, maybe some nipple cream (like the kind they for nursing moms) to help hydrate them.
