Have you ever had to take the Morning after pill? I did because a condom came off inside of me and didn't want to take any chances. I already had 1 kid and wasn't ready for another one yet. My period was messed up for a long time after that pill.

I have taken it twice. The first time didn't seem to mess up my period too much, but the second time I had my period 3 times in 6 or 7 weeks.

I've taken it. We had an accident and I took the Morning After Pill the next day.

I had no side effects, my period came when it was scheduled to and I had NO problems with my period afterward. I have a tendency to react to hormones erratically, and I did well with Plan B. I'd take it again if I had to.

Usually, if you had a bad period after taking it, it probably DID prevent an implantation from happening. The drug is not much different than the regular birth control pill, it's like taking 3 or 4 mini pills (progesterone only) at one time. Severe side effects are not common with the Plan B, but if do get them, they are minor compared to what pregnancy does to your body and your hormones!

The very first time I had sex the guy came inside me. I skipped my morning class the next day to wait outside planned parenthood for them to open. I had no side effects or other issues with it.

Yes I have! I had a simular experience where the condom didn't work and I really didn't want to take a chance on having a child by this person. I didn't have any issues after I took the pill.

Never taken it but working in the ER some women would actually come in due to the heavy bleeding and clotting after taking it.

I've taken it. I think my period was a little heavier (not bad though) but I didn't have any other side effects.

I have taken it twice. The first time made me throw up, but the second time was no big deal. Probably just got more used to the hormones. Thank god for those little pills!
