Mine kinda stretched in increments. A little bit before I had PIV my first time I noticed that it wasn't hurting to use tampons anymore. I thought that did my hymen in but BOY was I wrong when I went to being able to take a finger to a full-on dick.
There's more than the hymen going on there, though. Just the muscles not being used to contracting in general. I just could not relax them and if I didn't have any hymen tissue left at all it wouldn't have made it much less painful.
