I usually shower once a day. My cycle doesn't influence whether or not I shower probably because I use a menstrual cup. If I get sweaty or gross with yard work or gym activities I'll take a second shower.

I am really impressed by y'all that take showers so often. I can hardly muster the motivation to do it a few times a week! I generally wait till my hair looks dirty or I happen to smell unpleasant!
I do use a menstrual cup for my period though, and the whole thing seems much more hygienic in my opinion.

Back when I had normal periods, I'd shower once a day like usual. The only change would be to definitely shower instead of taking a bath. Now I don't really have much of a period because of my IUD. So it really isn't a consideration anymore.

Once a day. No different than any other day. Sometimes I'll use a wipe if I start to feel gross but my period doesn't really give me much grief. Being on the pill helps keep it light and short. Some days aren't great though, those days I use a wipe rather than showering again.
