I shower as usual, and use wipes as needed (period or not) I use tampons only so I don't feel gross (If anything I feel like showering LESS because I feel gross in other ways - bloated, cranky, etc. It's harder to drag my grouchy, chocolate craving butt into the shower when I'm on my period
