Depends on how heavy the flow is. If it's out of control, I will jump in the shower a few times a day to remove my menstrual cup in case it leaks everywhere. otherwise, the normal one shower a day, unless I have messy sex or something in the case of heavy flow, again.

I will go two days or so (when I'm on vacation or on the weekends) without showering but on my period I HAVE to shower everyday or I feel SO gross.

If its a light flow, then no reason to shower more than what you normally shower. If its a heavy flow and you feel dirty, then do what you wanna do. They do make wipes for your lady parts if you should need or want them. But if its "normal" then the typical once a day. I'm a stay at home mom, so not like I don't have a reason to change the tampon when needed, so its not gonna get messy or nothing lol.
