Im one of those people that feel totally and utterly gross on my period. Not only feeling gross down there, but the warm water of a shower usually helps with all the "wonderful" side effects of a period too. Usually its once a day, sometimes two depending on how badly I feel that day.

Only once today, as normal. I use a menstrual cup (the UKMC, or Mooncup UK), and it keeps me nice and clean. When I am using pads, then I just use Cottonelle bathroom wipes to keep everything nice and clean.

Sometimes I'll take 2 it depends I guess. I'll take my usual 1 then maybe an extra rinse later or before bed. I use pads so on my heavy day (or 2) I'll take an extra rinse.

I usually shower every other day and so does my boyfriend. Sometimes we share an occasional shower when it feels nice too, but I do tend to shower more during my period because I like the feeling of being extremely "clean" during that time, even if I'm bleeding heavily. It makes me feel better too. A good shower always does wonders, or even a hot steamy bath for a bad period.
