what kind of supplies do you use during menstruation?

During my period my menstrual cup is my best friend. I'm creeped out by all of the chemicals they put in tampons.

Menstrual cup and cloth pads. The disposable stuff screws me up something awful.

Etsy has really nice reusable pads made from local women. Tampons are for swimming only they still freak me out.

Since getting an IUD I hardly have any flow. Most pads have always broken me out down there, and tampons have never been comfortable. When my period does finally arrive, I just use the panties I care less about (or some black ones). So far I've always been able to wash them out without much of a problem! And it's never broken through to my clothes or anything.

I do wonder what my flow will be like when it comes time to switch my IUD out, though... maybe I'll have to buy some cloth pads or something!

I got a Diva Cup 2 years ago, and I'm never going back!

I use disposable Instead cups and disposable pads.
