Honestly I think most people fall into this category, even if they spend all their time in one role and rarely explore the other.

Sometimes, venturing into that role which you believe to be "so not you" is a turn on all by itself.

Not going to lie, I do enjoy being an unruly submissive at times . Or, rather, most of the time lol. But, gotta hand it to the bf, he can be really good at putting me back in my place.

I really enjoy being switchy. I like not having a defined "place", so to speak.

It definitely can be! Let's just say I'm looking into ordering a restraint system, haha! Although we agreed that I get to tie him down every now and then too ^^

I'm working on venturing into that role. The fiance is really excited to keep trying new things, but I have a hard time just handing over control in any situation, and feel really silly trying to be all dominant, lol.

I'm still working on being able to be completely submissive myself, but I totally see how it would be relaxing, in a way. Guess I have a bit of a mental roadblock (which is unfortunately also affecting my ability to orgasm during partner sex )

I completely agree. I'm naturally a dominant and a tough one at that, and my boyfriend is GREAT with that...for a big mean biker, he's amazingly subby and happy to be so. It's so easy for me to take the dominant role because it doesn't even require much thought, I just flow with my personality. So when I find someone I trust enough to be submissive and am comfortable enough, it's so relaxing and almost liberating to be on the other side of the fence, so to say.
