Sounds like you might be tagging her cervix or the bottom of her bladder when you're thrusting, which can be extremely painful. Doggy style is a great position when you're on the average/smaller side of the spectrum but it can be a bear if you're bigger than average. Try to be mindful of your depth when thrusting and see if that helps.

Im thinking that it might actually be more of a physical problem issue for me. Jmex isn't really "long" per se, I've been with much larger in the past without incident. So, Im going to get checked out to see if theres anything rearing its ugly head. Thanks for the suggestions everyone. Ill take those into account too though.

Angle is important, try her upper body being closer to the bed/floor/whatever. And if it is just that it doesn't work with you guys try reverse cowgirl, same feeling but she controls how deep. And finally don' start with it, most women simple can't start in a doggy style position; try ending with it and see how that feels.

you tend to reach deeper with doggy style so watch how deep you go. and watch your angle. my partner is gifted in the rear (which is why i like behind so i get a nice view ^_^) so we have to adjust the angle some as well. lubrication could be an issue but i don't think so.

I've never had a problem with it. It's actually one of the most comfortable positions for me. (Though Missionary is tied)

If we start out in that position I'm a tad uncomfortable, but if we do it after another position I'm fine. I just need to warm up to it since I'm a very small person and my partner is on the larger side of average, with no warm up it can be too much to take. Go slow at first and watch your depth, as others have said.

Try moving around a bit. An erect penis can be pretty stiff, and if it isn't pointing just right it can poke things. Another thing to try would be "flipped doggie" where you're lying down, because you can vary your angle and be not so bent over (which would make your buttocks more "cushy" and limit penetration a bit). If that doesn't work there are plenty of other positions to try, so why not avoid doggie?

Like others have said, adjusting your entry angle, going less deep and using lube may help. Doggy usually affords deeper penetration than some other positions so you may need to be more gentle.
Elsewise a doctors visit may be in order, good luck, I hope you get this solved, it's a great position and I would not like to lose it as an option in our lovemaking.

I know with my ex, I had to watch my depth as was definitely an issue if I hit too deep. I've continued to be careful about it and don't fully insert with my current girlfriend in doggy either; however, we sometimes switch to a more prone position from doggy and due to the angle, I don't fully insert anyway + I seem to rub nicely on her g-spot that she really enjoys.
