Hey everyone!

Sam is doing a great job of compiling lots of "official" new-to-Eden documentation (like this), but there are lots of fun threads, which, while not "official Eden" topics, might still be really fun and informative to newcomers.

I though it might be a good idea to put links to a few of our favorite threads all in one place. I think I'll hand the link to this thread, which will hopefully become a goldmine of forum awesomeness, to my future students, and other people who come to Eden.

I'll share a few of my favorites---share a few of yours, too! And feel free to bump this as often as you like!

First, and this one's extremely useful, is Kindred's Tips About EF I Wish I'd Known About Sooner thread. There's a wealth of knowledge in here, about the review program and much much more.

I just found Owl's Ultimate Newbie Kit today, but I wish I'd found it right away when I joined the forum! Lots of great, well-recommended product ideas for different goals!

There are also the Show Your Stash threads, both the historical version, with a lot of broken links but still some really impressive pictures, and the recent version, where everyone's still around to answer questions.

These threads are really great for asking "if I like X toy, what other toys will I like?" and for really quick and easy size comparisons. Plus, join in!

I really do love this thread. It gives people who want to share their reviews on the forums a place to do it without overwhelming people who don't care to see reviews being posted on the forums.

Oh! This link won't be the current one forever, but we always have an "EF Should Carry (Month Year)" thread where we can suggest favorite products that aren't stocked here, or new products about to come to the market. This can be a neat place to get ideas. Here's the current one: EF Should Carry December 2011, but usually a forum search of "should carry" sorted by most recent first will bring the current thread to the front page of results.
