I once knew a woman whose clitoris was just as sensitive after her orgasm and hated me touching her there for a short period of time.

I experience a slight increase in sensitivity after orgasm and then I enjoy continuing stimulation.

It really depends on how intense the orgasm is but I think everyone is sensitive a little.

I answered #3 & #4 because, for me, it depends on how strong the orgasm is to determine whether or not I can stand to be touched. It also depends on the way I get off; a lot of stimulation to my clitoris, g-spot orgasm, etc.
