The glass probe can be used vaginally or anally, although it might not be filling enough for some. The bulbs on the shaft make for an interesting texture, and the flat base allows it to be used with some generic toy mounts. The flat base also makes for decent control, although some other glass toys with handles are slightly easier to use. My wife experienced no bruising with it, and I think it's a toy we will continue to use. However, as with any glass toy, realize that it has absolutely no give and can bruise if used too enthusiastically.

The probe is composed of a high grade tempered borosilicate glass, according to the box we received. It is smooth and frictionless, has no taste or smell, and is very definitely not soft. It is not made to be a realistic toy, but it is fun. The bulbs add to the experience. My wife enjoyed them externally across the clit. I think it's a good intermediate toy; advanced users might want something a little more 'blingy', or just with more texture.

The shape is a little long for our uses, but at the same time it can certainly be used by others. We used it in combination with a toy mount and found it to be a little tall for comfort, however the flat base certainly does encourage mounting. It is about 1.5" around on the bulbs. Being glass, it isn't discreet, but is decent looking enough. It doesn't have any color or stippling to it, which we will likely be looking for in our next one.

The probe worked well. It can be warmed up or (a personal favorite) cooled down. Being glass, you can use any kind of lube with it that your heart desires; no need to avoid those super-slippery silicone products. The toy does not have a suction cup on it. You might be able to attach a double-sided suction cup to the other side of the base, but since it is a glass toy I would not wall mount it. The best things about the toy are the completely smooth surface (great for penetration) and the bulbs, which give some extra stimulation.

This toy is remarkably easy to take care of. Glass is easy to clean; you can put it in a sanitizer if you want. Use a toy cleaner, or clean with soap and water. I store it in a decorative box that organizes all of our toys. Being glass and completely non-porous, you can use any lube or whatever product you can think of with it. It works well, is easy to take care of and looks nice.
