Where do I start explaining what I have come to enjoy about this toy? Definitely the bubbles. Each of the six bubbles on this toy stretch your arse and then probes you. Just like the probes of old in Star Trek, or if you'd rather me refer to Cartman getting an anal probe. But just let the record show, that if they both used this Glass Probe, they'd have enjoyed it!

I found the Glass Probe on EF under the anal probe section of the toys, but I quickly came to discover that it is more than just an anal toy. This magical wand can be used from head to toe, for a massage especially on knots and bruises, but I wouldn't suggest it as a curling iron though. It doesn't seem like that would work very well, however if you find it works, let me know! Squirt some lotion or oil on, then put the head in the center and pressing in, slowly circle around and then in an outwardly direction. I was shocked at how well it worked. I also used it as a Chinese "gua sha" tool, and found it worked better along my spine than the actual tool made for the technique.

As I mentioned, this is not just an anal probe. It is also a poonani probe as well, if you like thinner toys. Using temperature play, a moment or two in either hot or cold water had the probe carrying that temperature in it's use. However, I did find that at the moment it is winter time here in China, with our poor heating systems, hot temperature play did not quite work so well as I had hoped.

Let's talk about the base. I am still pretty new to anal toys and fun stuff with my bum. So I am always looking for toys with a flared base if I am going to be using them for derriere playtime. This base I feel comfortable saying is flared enough to sit on. But, you might want to be VERY careful. I found that my other glass toy on EF says that its insertable length is seven inches, but when I compared the two, I found the Glass Probe to be about a 1/4" longer. Perhaps they measured the curve in the Swirled Blue, I am not certain. But just so you know, this puppy feels LONG!

The diameter is a pretty decent size; not too big to cause that painfully pleasurable sensation of your sphincters being stretched, but it does make its presence noticed as you insert it.

And now onto the safety of this review.

Safety
It's glass. Use any kind of lube with it, but be warned. Slippery when wet really is an understatement. Be careful thrusting vaginally or anally while the probe is slicked up with lube or juices. My cervix got bruised as I slipped. Because of its length, I wouldn't suggest your partner use it on you unless you know he/she won't get carried away and will stop quickly if needs be.

Cleaning
Remove from safety foam and wash before first use. Inspect it for cracks, and make sure you run your fingers slowly over the whole toy making sure it is smooth with no imperfections. Pat dry with a clean towel, and then play. Using the toy vaginally, then anally is ok, but please, avoid unnecessary issues and don't switch from anal to vaginal. Your pussy will not be a happy pussy if you do. Use a condom if you are going to share the probe in one session, or wash between uses.

Storage
I would advise to get a thick sock or two and store it in them, or create your own storage pouch to help prevent cracks and breaks, as the toy does not come with a storage case.

As I mentioned, I still consider myself pretty new when it comes to anal play. I know what I like in my toys, I like the thickness and that feeling of being stretched when it comes to anal. This toy's thickness I would recommend for newer to intermediate users, for its thickness is not that overwhelming. But the length is for more advanced users. If you want to invest in something that you will get lots of long term use out of, gradually and without full insertion, I would suggest this toy for new to anal play fun. Just remember, lots and lots of lube and go slowly, working up over time to taking it all.

I am not certain if advanced users would find the thickness much of a challenge, but the feeling of the bubbles massaging your sphincter would still bring you lots of fun sensations!

Because I love glass toys, I of course did something very stupid. I used two full length glass toys at the same time while masturbating. This is not something I'd suggest anyone doing. Especially if both toys have bumps or ridges or texture. It was amazing in the middle of everything, but the next day my ass and my pussy and everywhere in between felt like I had been in a boxing match with a 2x4. If you are wanting to DP while masturbating with the Glass Probe, I would strongly suggest glass mixed with some other material toy that is firm, but still has some give.

I am giving the Glass Probe a 4/5 star rating, simply because it is a wee bit longer than I would have liked. And if I were asked how to improve this toy, I would say to make it more of a gradual bubble thickness, starting with the same size first bubble, working up to a pretty thicker bubble as the sixth one. The other suggestion in my opinion to make this toy better, would be to have a little more spacing between each bubble.

I've actually discovered that this toy is great for vaginal play while masturbating. But for anal play while masturbating...
