This prostate massager is alright, but not amazing. There are some good things about it, and a few things I do not like. I think I like this toy less after having better experiences with other prostate toys.

For having such strong vibrations this toy is pretty quiet, especially when it has been inserted. There are a nice number of vibration intensities, and the highest one packs a pretty good punch, for a relatively inexpensive toy. I do appreciate the little loop on the end for easy grabbing and removal. It's especially great when your hands are slick and covered in lube.

The design is alright. I'm not a huge fan of being able to see the bullet, and the wire going to it, through the material, but that's a personal taste thing. Where the bullet is located in the material, it's a bit wider than the rest of the toy to accommodate the bullet size. I'm not a huge fan of this and would prefer a sleeker look.

Inserting it is okay. One big problem I have with this toy is that it doesn't taper at the base point where it would rest when fully inserted. This makes it very easy to pop out during play, and does not feel as pleasurable to me as other toys that are tapered to allow you to "relax" around a thinner base, once it is fully in. The part that presses up on your perineum is nice. With the entire toy vibrating, it adds a nice feel to have that pressure on your perineum.

The material leaves a bit to be desired. I'm not a huge fan of jelly and rubber toys. Looking at this toy you would assume it was a bit on the softer side, but it is actually a hard rubber. It does have a small amount of give at the thinner insertion tip, but otherwise doesn't have much movement. I do prefer firmer toys, but just be aware that it is definitely very firm despite the appearance. It might make it a bit difficult to move and adjust it to find the right angle to hit your prostate, if you require a bit of feeling around to find it. Fully sanitizing it can be difficult because of the rubber material, so you're always going to want to cover this when sharing. Personally I'm also not a huge fan of how this rubber toy feels inside me. I think I prefer other materials, like silicone, for how they feel and ease of clean-up.

For about the same price, or just a little bit more, there are higher quality anal toys similar to this one, but made from better materials. Those toys also have a shape and design more preferable to me, for prostate stimulation, than this one.
