This toy is for anal use and the beads on it go from small to large. Some people cannot handle the intensity of non graduated anal toys, so they can start out small and work their way up with this one. I would recommend this toy for beginners only because it gives you the option to start out small. In my opinion, this toy is for anal use, but some people might use it for vaginal play or even to rub upon their clit.
