Decent for the price, albeit quite smelly
Not great, not terrible. Does what it's supposed to. Go for something that uses better materials, and possibly another manufacturer at that.

Bought this because of the look and the price, basically. Doc Johnson toys are usually very cheap and cheaply made, this toy being no exception to that rule. The rubber material was a bit of a better choice than some of their gel options I had used in the past to great displeasure. The major selling point to me simply was the spirals. I was looking for an inexpensive spiral shaped toy and this fit the bill.
Somewhat pleasant to use (used only anally). Nice sensation overall, though the rings at the base of the toy were the most pleasant part. Lube tends to slide off if it's not viscous, so thicker lubes would be best for this toy. It's not exactly good for rapid movement because of the shape, which makes it act kind of like a plunger. It's a bit difficult to keep clean. It's a decent starter toy because of the tapered shape and ridges. Once you get past the largest part of the spiral, the 'pop' is a satisfying one.
The biggest downfall is the material. Even after cleaning it tends to smell terrible. The base could be a little bit larger just to be on the safe side. I didn't think to cover this toy when I used it and I probably should have. Definitely use some sort of cover on this or be prepared to clean it or even simply throw it away. Overall; passable toy.
I would recommend if you are willing to spend a bit more money to get something glass instead of rubber. Glass toys tend to have more spirals and other shapes as opposed to silicon and other materials (at least from what I have seen). Otherwise this is a pretty simple toy for a beginner looking to try out something interesting.

Good advice about going for a safer material. There are some spirals in silicone, which would be a softer alternative to glass, but they are certainly more common in glass. Thanks for the review.
