Gumdrop anal plug - butt plug discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by BPQueen

After I unfortunately discovered that I was allergic to my first few butt plugs, I stumbled across this simple PVC plug by California Exotic and have not looked back! Made out of Crystalessence and compatible with oil, water, and silicone based lubes, the Gumdrop plug slides in and out with minimal effort and also remains internally far better than other brands that I have tried. I have used it for extended periods of time with no discomfort (over 4 hours) and also in conjunction with a vibrator and partner for especially powerful orgasms. The shape of the plug reminds me of a chess piece, and the ball at the end coupled with the varying widths creates a very satisfying feeling both when stationary and being manipulated.

Flexible enough to mold to one's internal body cavity shape, yet rigid enough for extensive self or partner play, the Gumdrop anal plug is also equipped with a large suction cup on the end which is powerful enough to adhere to a number of hard surfaces (wood, linoleum, tile, granite, etc), comes off easily with minimal prying, and offers a great base to hold if using it for manual anal stimulation. I have not found that a thick anal lubricant is needed with this beginner's plug, but if so, cleanup is fast and easy with any toy cleaner or even just soap and hot water.

The only thing I would warn the potential buyer of is the burnt rubber scent that the Crystalessence material itself has. It can be almost overpowering to those with sensitive noses, and my stomach turned the first time I opened the packaging. I have tried to clean it in a number of different ways in hopes of decreasing the almost overpowering smell, yet I have not had any luck to date. This is definitely a drawback for me, but not a deal-breaker, as this plug is far more comfortable for extended wear and play than most.
