Pelt paddle by Tantus - review by Trysexual

The Pelt paddle by Tantus is a soft flexible paddle for beginner to more advanced users, who enjoy spanking, BDSM or are acting out their 50 shades of grey fantasies for the first time. I presume this toy might be an offshoot of the popular series, but I didn't personally read the books. I'm no flogger or paddle expert, but seeing how flexible this is, I'd say you can inflict as little or as much pain sensation as you would like. It's probably on the milder end compared to something like wood. It's good for foreplay or role play too.

The Pelt Paddle is 100% black silicone. It is 11.5" x 3.25" and weighs 1.7oz.. It's very flexible and about 1/4" thick

It is waterproof and able to be sterilized being silicone. This toy should last a lifetime and is well-made.

There is no discernible smell and the silicone is smooth and pliable. There is a hole in the handle if you care to hang it on a nail on your wall.

The toy met my expectations. It looks and feels nice and does what it is supposed to do. It can delivery playful spanks, without leaving marks or inflicting pain, which we are not into. The flexibility gives you a wide range of intensity from gentle to stinging if you wish, depending on how much velocity you put into your swat. It makes a pleasing sound as well. It has a big of heft to it as well, so it can pack a bit of a punch if you need it to.

There's not a whole lot of care needed with the Pelt Paddle. It can be washed in water & soap or boiled or soaked in a 10% bleach solution if need be. It collects a little lint/dust, so you can rinse it before use. Cleaning and care can't be much easier than this.

The Pelt Paddle arrived in a clear plastic bag, open on one end with a tag attached through the loop. Very basic, recyclable. You could use it for storage or throw it away.
