Love cuffs by NMC Ltd - review by chantalgiardina

If you are looking for a lightweight pair of beginner cuffs, this is for you! They are great for couples experimenting in the bondage scene, especially for those who fear being trapped or fear losing the key. I wouldn't recommend them for more advanced users because they are safety cuffs and solely for beginners (in my opinion). Don't let that discourage you though, they make for great role playing or an addition to a costume!

I am a huge fan of pink so adding a pair of pink cuffs to my collection was a must! While the manufacturer carries other colors, eden only carries this particular one in pink. They are lightweight made of steel and are nickle free as well as phthalate free. They are not as heavy as other cuffs but are not cheap kid's cuffs either. I have used them several times and so far have held up very well. I really enjoy them.




The faux fur cuff guards give it a girly and stylish look as well as providing some protection against the hard steel. The guards cover most of the cuff and have one seam running the entire length which is holding up nicely. The guards can be removed to be cleaned or if you just don't want them.






Two keys are included which is a bonus! I love having more than one key just in case I lose or misplace one.
There is also a safety latch that you can push to release without a key. This is a great feature in the event that you lost the key or in emergency situations. It also makes it less intimidating to users who are scared of cuffs or bdsm play.



They open very easily with no issues at all.

Love cuffs are amazing. They have allowed me to broaden my view in the bedroom while not intimidating me or causing any fear. The release latch allows them to be playful as well as cautious. They withstood the force of all my pulling (which was a great bit). I found them to be very comfortable and very girly. They are not large enough to lock up my hubby (oh how I would love that!) They fit me great and I will continue to use them.

Of everything in my collection, this has to be the easiest to care for! The fur guards can be removed and washed. I would not recommend putting them in the dryer. The heat could cause the furry part to separate from the backing (that wouldn't be so girly). The steel cuffs can be boiled, put in the dishwasher or hand washed if needed. Let them cool off and fully dry before storing them.

For storing, you could keep them in the box they came in and place in your drawer (or anywhere else). It isn't too large so it should be fairly easy to place. I personally have no use for the box though and just keep the cuffs in a lock box with some of my other items. It seemed easier for me to store them with the rest of my collection.

The pink love cuffs come in a black box that isn't discreet but isn't overly explicit either. It contains phrases such as "fun for couples", "seduce and arouse" and "the rise of the wild couple". Both the front and back of the box contain those phrases. I would like to see more info about the product on the back panel, but there is nada. The use of cuffs is pretty obvious. There are no instructions to tell you what these are made of, size, etc. Someone new to cuffs would find this information useful, though it isn't a deal breaker.

My hubby is not fond of cuffs. I am not huge into the BDSM scene but I like a little light play every now and again. These cuffs were exactly what I was looking for to add to my love life. I still have both keys even though I don't use them since they have a safety release button. They were a little snug on me, but fit very well. No real complaints. I love that they were pink and fuzzy. Made me feel girly as well as meeting my needs. They didn't intimidate me as I thought cuffs would. I am actually really glad I got them.
