Beaded nipple clamps by Spartacus - review by J's Alley

I loved these clamps! Let's begin with I generally have no sensation in my nipples, so I wasn't expecting much. I had a great surprise when I used these.

First, they are so pretty, plus if you can find them there are matching clitoral clamps as well. The packaging allows you to see the clamps clearly. They are very feminine, so most women would feel pretty wearing these. Before I put them on I cleaned them off with some warm water and soap (I recommend cleaning any toy before use), I clamped the first one on entirely too tight... take care to feel when you are at a good pinch.

You do not need to clamp these super hard if you are a beginner, as most of the sensation will rush back after taking them off. Put the clamps on and slide the ring up until they feel a bit tight, and leave them there for a while. Please note that this can cut off blood flow, so it is suggested to remove them after 15 minutes to avoid potential damage to the skin. The weight of the clamps is pretty minimal, so they can be very comfortable. Once you release them the blood flow will return and you will get a slight to major sensation. Mine was a throbbing, but I am sure each person is different.

The clamp itself is basically a set of tweezers with a ring that tightens the ends together over the nipple. The ends are covered in a soft plastic for comfort, but these can be removed for a deeper pinch if you prefer. They are very easy to clean since they are for nipple play. Just some soap and water, be sure to dry them though, my first set tarnished when I let them air dry. Cleaning tarnish off is not simple.

My only real issue came when removing the clamps the first few times, my skin was stuck to them and it hurt more to pull the rubber ends off my skin than the blood release to my nipples. I fixed this very easily by putting some water based (JO) lubricant on a Q-Tip and rubbed it on the rubber clamp ends. They still stayed, and removing them didn’t make me scream.

This set of clamps is great for beginners as well as advanced nipple play. I use these almost every day.

I still like these. They hold up to use and time as well as cleaning. They can be used in so many ways, and are just plain pretty to look at.
