Walking a dog, walking a human... being walked is what this is made for. Doms, subs, newbies, pros and dogs a like, a collar and leash is a necessity. Fitted properly, this also makes a great choker necklace.

The fit of this product, however, is off. This product is not for people with small necks or larger necks. It is way too long and will look awkward. Like a bra, the collar only has three different sizes, which are close together; for this it's 17.5", add or subtract .5" tolerance. If your neck is bigger, this won't fit properly; it will either choke you if it's too small, or rest uncomfortably on your neck and collarbone, as well as not be as aesthetically pleasing as intended. The width of this is too big as well; a collar should not press completely on the larynx for comfort purposes. A dog collar is suppose to be two fingers larger than its neck, and rests right under where the adams apple is suppose to be. Because of this, this product should be at least adjustable or come in different sizes, and be a bit thinner or softer. Dogs should not have it better than humans.

The collar and leash both look cheaply made; it honestly looks as if they took a strip of leather for the leash and made a loop with it. In the case of the collar, they took a strip of leather, added plush lining and studs to it, while branding Sportsheets on every stud -- as well as having it indented in the leash itself.

The design of this was not well thought out at all -- besides the plush lining. They didn't consider a wider range of demographics that this could be suited for, and it doesn't match the quality I associate with Sportsheets.

The collar itself... I couldn't wear it for over 10 minutes before it got too uncomfortable. It felt just like a belt around my neck, which is what I was trying to avoid. Even without a leash pulling, this pressed against my larynx hard enough to cause discomfort. Men should beware, since this might push against the adams apple, especially if you're being pulled around.

When this product first arrived, my thought was: "This is a collar, there is no need for depicting that it is specifically for sex." The front of the box depicts a female holding a male by the leash, and on the back it shows a female with the collar on. I would have preferred if they just showed a collar and made the implication, or only showed what it could be used for on the back, as most people associate collars with dogs and not set. It just would have helped with the discreetness of the packaging.

Aside from that, I liked that this product's packaging was easy to open. Inside the leash and collar was held by a little plastic bag. I found that a bit cheap looking, but aside from that, it's minimal packaging which leads to minimal trash.
