Okay so, we think these things are pretty silly. My girlfriend picked these up because she has fibromyalgia and sometimes nipple clamps are a bit too much for her. However she likes heavy nipple play so these seemed like a nice substitute during her bad fibro days.

They actually work quite well for that. They are not hard on her nipples, they are way too gentle as a matter of fact, even on her bad flare days. That doesn't even begin to matter because you can't play with them because of how silly they look; she will just immediately start laughing, which I suppose is great if your into tickle play, but we are not. So many people have pointed this out, and honestly it just really distracts from sex when you and your partner are rolling on the floor laughing.

So these have been laying around being silly just in their existence. One day I decided to put them on my forehead like devil horns, which worked amazingly well. I wore them like that for a good twenty minutes and they put huge purple welts on my forehead for like a week, so I highly suggest never doing that unless you're into forehead torture.

All in all, they are silly and stupid and not worth the money, unless you want something silly and stupid. They are made of PVC plastic which means they are not very safe either; just pass on these and get a set of light clamps, I'll post some of the ones I like in the recommendation section.

These are however, packaged very well and if you would like to use them as a gag gift for a bachelorette party or something like that, I think they would be totally perfect for that, as they most certainly are a gag.
