Not only are these Spartacus dual locking cuffs perfect for anyone on a budget who wants to spice things up in the bedroom, they are a great accessory and must have item for those into the BDSM scene as well! Whether you're an advanced bondage guru, a lightweight beginner, somewhere in between, or simply curious, these cuffs are a steal of a deal and are sure to dutifully protect and serve you in all your sessions!

As always with any kind of bondage, never play alone! Remember it's advised to have a clear safe word or signal devised with your partner ahead of time! Do NOT obstruct your partner's airway with a gag or other device during bondage play unless you're going to be with them for the whole session! Remember, safety comes first! Since there are two keys, it's never a bad idea to put the spare some place safe so you can put hands on it at all times if needed!

Let me just say MMMMMM!! Spartacus not only hit the nail on the head with these dual locking cuffs, but they drove it home! These black beauties are as close to the real deal as you can get without shelling out an inordinate amount of money! Because no amount of quality was spared, these well-crafted, highly durable handcuffs are sure to provide hours and years of faithful bondage play! The look, feel and weight of these cuffs are so close to official police hardware, one can hardly notice a difference!

These cuffs are metal, thus they are cold to the touch, but they do warm up over time. As with any restraint, they can be made tighter or looser depending on the wearer's tolerances and the amount of comfort, or rather discomfort desired! These cuffs can and will leave impressions on the wrists and can chafe skin (especially during extended wear). While these cuffs CAN be worn for extended times, it is NOT advisable to have them overly tight. I like the two finger rule, (if you can fit two fingers in there, you're generally good to go).

One nice feature of these cuffs is the dual locking mechanism! This built in function aids in helping to make these cuffs pick resistant but serves the dual function of preventing accidental overtightening! To use the dual lock feature... Once the cuffs are secured to the desired tightness, take the small end of the key, fit it into the matching size circular hole at the base of the cuffs on the far end opposite the lock and depress. Note that to remove the cuffs if the dual lock feature is activated, one must turn the key first counter clockwise, then clockwise.

These cuffs worked like a dream and rivaled my Smith & Wesson handcuffs! I'm fond of the weight and the unimpeded free swinging motion of the handcuffs! These can be used with a spreader bar, an under the bed restraint system, a wall restraint system, or a bondage chair!

The possibilities are endless! As long as your ideas are safe... If you can think it up, you can do it with these! They will stand up to any wear and tear you throw at them (especially if you tend to thrash and struggle as I do.)

Extremely easy to care for, though do try to avoid play in water. These are not for play in the bathtub, shower, hot tub, or pool. Not only is play around water dangerous, but it may rust your handcuffs and prevent them from working properly. In the event of an emergency, you never want to find out that the locking mechanism is rusted!

Also, if you notice that the swing arm is sticking or not swinging freely, a few drops of oil can do wonders. Just make sure to wipe them dry after applying! Store in a dry place away from moisture, and avoid excessive heat, as hot metal can burn!

Upon opening the mail packing... I found a small box containing 1 set of black Spartacus dual locking handcuffs, 2 matching handcuff keys, and a set of basic instructions. *NOTE* Always make sure that your cuffs are in good working order before you engage in play. Upon receiving them, WITHOUT putting them on yourself, ensure that each cuff locks, unlocks, dual locks, and unlocks again!

My partner and I absolutely love these cuffs! They have become a staple in our BDSM, roleplay, fetish, and other bedroom activities! They've held up well, and I don't anticipate having to replace themy any time soon!
