Youch!
These toys are great if you can tolerate pain well. They are especially good for those who have smaller nipples, since they will grip and stay on really well, unlike most clamps that seemed designed for longer nipples.

These toys are not for the faint of heart! I have a pretty high tolerance for pain, and even when I feel pain I tend to be a masochist. These toys stretched even my limits however. Putting them on is exquisitely painful, although, if you're like me, it's a good sort of pain too. However, unlike other clamps I have played with, the pain did not really dull or go away. The pain stayed pretty constant. However, the pain was manageable and even enjoyable.
Where I ran into trouble was playing with the clamps beyond just putting them on. I don't recommend pulling on or playing with these toys unless you have a very high tolerance for, or enjoyment of, pain. The pain became very sharp and almost blocked out conscious thought. But when I stopped playing with the clamps, the pain returned to a more manageable level.
One major pro of the clamps is that, unlike most other clamps that I have played with, these clamps really have to be pulled on hard to be pulled off (and I strongly recommend not pulling the clamps off--I tore the skin on my nipples doing that), and so they can be worn without worrying about a sudden movement shaking them loose.
One con of these clamps is that there is no way to adjust how tight the clamps are, so if you are not comfortable with how tight they are going to be, then these clamps are just not for you. In addition, these clamps are a good bit heavier than most of the other clamps I've tried, which adds to how painful they can be.
These clamps are great toys, but I would only recommend them for individuals who already know they have a high tolerance for pain or who enjoy pain. If you are a novice user or do not particularly enjoy pain, then these clamps are probably not for you.

These remind me a little of my Kinklab Mandible Body Clamps, which I adore! It's really hard to find a serious, good set of nipple clamps. It seems the majority of our options are tweezers or those that aren't made for any rough kind of clamping. I've wishlisted these just in case I ever decide to try another set out, so I'm glad to hear how well they work!
