The Blush UR3 ballsy dong definitely surprised me with its realistic feel. I feel this is best used vaginally. Because of its larger size I recommend it for more intermediate-advanced users. This is too big to be used anally for me, but if you are already used to toys with bigger girth this would work for that; however, it is porous material - I wouldn't recommend using it for anal and vaginal - going back and forth could lead to infection from bacteria.
