With its elegant design and athletic swagger, the low-hanging Joque is a very hot-looking harness. But why would I want to switch out my trusty Terra Firma, with its buttery broken-in leather, for something made out of synthetic spandex and polyester?

While nothing compares to the sex appeal of leather and metal against skin, I’ve found that packing with my classic harness can be awkward at best. The buckles bunch and bulge under pants, the waist strap often messes up the line of a shirt, and the straps’ loose ends add unnecessary bulk. Because it’s made of fabric it doesn’t offer quite as seamless a flow of skin to cock as leather does, but it is more than makes up for that with its overall second-skin effect.
