Mantoy had many great features that implied to me that it was perfect for anal sex and pegging. It had a flared base, was harness compatible, and was constructed from premium silicone. It was safe and purpose-built.

Well, as it turned out, Mantoy was not my cup of tea. I found that it provided too much stimulation for backdoor use. I realize, however, that this is a matter of preference. I like a smoother toy. But for those who like a little variation and added friction, Mantoy will really work for you.

Mantoy is made of some excellent silicone. It is soft and flexible, and offers plenty of give. The material works very well with water-based lubricant,and if it wasn't for it's irregular shape, Mantoy would be an ideal dildo for all intents and purposes.

At first, I was intrigued by Mantoy's alternative design. I was refreshed to finally own a dildo that didn't look like another man's massive johnson. When I tried it for the first time, however, I realized why the phallic shape is so ideal for penetration: it's just comfortable. Mantoy was not.

Mantoy's shape was reminiscent of a large grey doodie, and it had several otherworldly designs etched into the shaft. It was these etchings that proved to be the biggest hurdle for me. When inserted anally, I found there was a lot of resistance and friction. Even when used with a load of lube, Mantoy was uncomfortable to slide in and out. Some friction is good, but Mantoy just felt rough.

Mantoy's best feature is the actual material it is made of. Silicone is a wonder. I wouldn't use anything else. That said, there are many other silicone toys available, ones that are more comfortable and have more features.

One plus would be the base, aside from being flared and harness compatible, it is shaped a lot like a handle. It is just perfect for use with a partner who likes to use their hands.

For me, the odd texture and design were Mantoy's biggest weakness. I acknowledge, however, that this may be a huge plus for others.

Silicone is one of the easiest materials to clean. It can be cleaned with soap and water, sex toy cleansers, and it is also boil and dishwasher safe. In addition, since Mantoy features several grooves and recessed designs, it is important to take an extra moment to make sure they're all clean.

Water-based lubricants are best when used with silicone toys. Silicone-based lubes are unsuitable because they will react chemically with the material, and could melt your toy.

Judging from Mantoy's unusual design and markings, I started to believe it was a phallus better suited to a witch doctor's hut than my bedroom. It was exciting at first, but after a few ambitious occasions, I became fed up when all my attempts ended with a switch to other toys. It was just too uncomfortable.
