The Feeldoe More works really well on either end. It can be used vaginally or anally. The bullet vibe is very strong, and the vibrations carry fully along the length of the shaft. Additionally, I've found the vibe to be waterproof (at least for the tub) and allows for tub or pool play.

The Feeldoe More is 100% silicone. The silicone is non-porous and odor free. The shaft is smooth with nubs to allow for clitoral stimulation when worn by a woman.

The shaft is not as wide as I would have liked, but it should be comfortable for most people. The bulb end is comfortable for anal insertion. There is a sharp size shift right behind the head of the shaft that can be uncomfortable, though once you know that it's there, it can be pleasurable.

The overall width of the toy may be too much for beginners. They may want to look for a smaller Feeldoe to start.

Overall, the Feeldoe More is a nice toy. In actual use it has a few defects. This toy is the largest of the Feeldoe line currently. However, my spouse is a bit heavy, and we have found that the toy isn't quiet long enough to really compensate. If used for pegging, double penetration, or for female/female use, it will work better if the wearer is on the thin side.

The Feeldoe More, in fact all of the Feeldoes I've used, has issues with staying inserted into the wearer. It's rather difficult to maintain a rhythm when you need to stop every so often to reinsert the toy.

That being said, the toy can be a lot of fun when the wearer is lying over a support that raises the groin area. The Feeldoe also works really well as a straight dildo; the bulb functions as a handle in that case. The nature of silicone also allows the toy to tolerate both heat and cold, allowing the Feeldoe to be used for temperature play. You can actually boil the toy or freeze it.

The bullet vibe is very nice, quiet, powerful for it's size, and waterproof. We've used it in the bath with no difficulty. It’s reasonably quiet, particularly when in the toy. However, it can be a bit hard to remove with wet or lubed fingers.

Since the toy is silicone, cleaning the Feeldoe is amazingly easy. You can wash it normally, or you can boil it in water or in a 10% bleach solution. Additionally, you can place it in your dishwasher and clean it that way.

While the Feeldoe doesn't have any odor itself, it can pick up odors through use, particularly when used anally. I'd suggest simmering it in 10% bleach solution for a while to remove any odors that may be unpleasant.
