Hooking Up

The G-kiss is the first toy to ever find and basically "hook" into my g-spot with minimal effort. With an unusual design and quality material, this toy could be a perfect 5 stars if only the suction cup base actually stuck to anything.

Use

The G-kiss is a smooth silicone probe meant to align with the g-spot. The G-kiss affectively "hooks" into the g-spot with a bulbous head and a curved design. The larger bottom to the G-kiss keeps it from sliding out of the right spot.

The G-kiss can be used both vaginally and anally thanks to its flared base. I cannot tell you if it will work for p-spot play as I just don't have the right "equipment" to test it. The flared base and average weight also make the G-kiss perfect for harness play. However, the lack of suction makes the base kind of useless for riding or for certain positions during shower play. Even after studying tips on creating a stronger suction, this suction base just didn't suck in the good way.

The G-kiss is going to appeal to the average user based on its average girth. The option to order this item in black makes it less likely to be passed over as a feminine toy. The material will please anyone who is a hygiene buff or who is building a long-lasting collection. It also works well for partners because it can be sterilized and then shared.

Material / Texture

The G-kiss is made of silicone. It's smooth to the touch. Silicone is a 10/10 on EF's safety scale. It is non porous, phthalates free, hypoallergenic, and it absorbs heat for temperature play (just soak in a warm bowl of water). Silicone also has no smell or taste. Silicone does provide some drag, so lubricant may be necessary. This is not a realistic toy nor does it feel realistic. Still, how many partners can hit your g-spot spot on as this probe can? The G-kiss is firm, yet it does have some give. Finally, there really isn't any texture to the G-kiss.

Design / Shape / Size

From EF's product page:
Length:
6 1/2"
Insertable length:
6 1/4"
Circumference:
4 3/4"
Diameter:
1 1/4"
Harness compatibility:
O-ring compatible
Weight:
0.3 lb

These measurements are basically correct, but I don't necessarily agree with the insertable length versus the length. The base is more than a quarter of an inch thick. I do enjoy the design...it basically "hooks" right into the g-spot, though the widening toward the bottom makes it a little less likely to be used for thrusting or full insertion. I probably didn't take in more than 3-4 inches of the probe before it kind of stayed put.

The probe is really not meant to be realistic. The bulbed head of the G-kiss is smaller than the average head of a man's penis. The curve is also rather unrealistic (but in a good way). There are two small inlays on either side, but they offer no texture or additional stimulation.

The base is sturdy, and the probe isn't overly flexible or floppy, which makes it a good candidate for harness use. However, I cannot stress enough that the base doesn't function for suction as it's supposed to. Perhaps the base is too flat.

Performance

This toy will be a winner for those who have at least a vague awareness about the g-spot. For those new to the scene, the original pressure isn't purely pleasurable. In my case, I feel an urge to urinate before I start to feel the arousal of the item. This may intimidate some novices. Judging purely on looking at the item, I will guess that it would stimulate the p-spot as well. Use it in a harness, but don't expect to back up onto it as it sticks to your shower wall (it won't, and you will be extremely frustrated).

Care and Maintenance

Use water-based lubricants with the G-kiss, but remember that this won't work for shower play where the lubricant will easily wash away. Silicone should not be stored next to other silicone. I store my G-kiss in a plain plastic bag since the original box was rather large and not particularly discreet nor informative. Silicone can be sterilized. All of these methods of cleaning or sterilization can be used: washing with soap and water, using toy cleaners/wipes, placing in the top rack of your dishwasher, 10% bleach solution, or by boiling. On that account, this is an easily cleaned toy.

Follow-up commentary
Well, the suction cup base is still an issue, but it's not an issue that would keep me from using this item regularly. Still, if another product comes out with a similar design and a better base, I'd be all over it.

Thanks for a great review! The thinness and lack of texture make it unlikely that we'd like this, but it does look and sound like a quality toy.
