This toy is so beautiful and weighty and enticing but it did teach me a few things about my own anatomy and preferences.

The ribbed Twister has so many great ratings that it royally surprised me when it came down to business and provided me with no G-spot stimulation at all, but I actually don't think I have the toy itself to blame for that. My G-spot seems to require some drag and more friction, and though this toys glassy smoothness makes it easily insertable and good for gliding, it definitely provides no drag and friction whatsoever. You can apply good pressure with it and pressure is good but personally, I need that bit of friction or nada.

I also have these vaginal wall contractions during G-spot stimulation and I found that when this happened it was actually a bit painful because glass is so hard, there's no give for those soft, fleshy parts to bounce back off of, so it was more unpleasant than pleasant in that regard.

Another thing is that the curved shaft can easily turn away from the G-spot because the glass is so smooth and slippery. I would look down and notice this quite often and it would require some turning and watching to make sure it stayed in the right direction.

I really took some time with it hoping the experience would get better, but on and on it went until I had to bring a bullet and some clitoral stimulation into the picture. With most g-spot toys, I don't require that at all, so this taught me a little bit about my G-spot and what it needs to be properly stimulated, and if you're the exact same way, I wouldn't suggest glass toys. At least not one as slick and smooth as this.

The up-side is that obviously, because it is glass it can be sterilized and boiled and you can use any lube with it as well.

If you already know your g-spot responds well to glass toys, I would say it would be a really wonderful toy, so you really can't take my word on this review if you know glass works for you!

I really, really tried, and for long periods of time, and the Ribbed Twister just can't get me close. Every time I contract around it, the discomfort disrupts the whole orgasm process. Still wish glass was for me. It's so beautiful to collect.
