Seduce Sedeux

The Sedeux is a great option for those who prefer more slender and smaller dildos compared to what's out there. It can be used in a harness and can be sterilized. A good toy for a great price.
May Be too Boring/Small for some.

extremely useful review

The Sedeux flare is a harness compatible silicone dildo. Its flared base is multi-purpose; it allows for both safe anal play and use in O-ring harnesses. Being silicone, it can be sterilized, making it an option for sharing and group situations as well. It can please a man's prostate as well as a woman's G-spot.

Compared to other harness compatible Dildos on Eden, I think this one is one of the most beginner friendly. On average, it is more slender and shorter than many of the other options. If you are looking for that first dildo to go with your harness (or your first dildo overall), I would go with the Sedeux.

Silicone is softer and more body friendly, especially if you're not ready for the hardness (and heaviness) of glass. This dildo is also a great option for those who need discretion. This dildo has no electrical components or motors, so it is quiet (except for the noises you may make). Even if you share a room, you can take this toy with you into the shower, since it is waterproof.

Regardless of gender or orientation, anyone can enjoy the Sedeux.

Material / Texture

The Sedeux flare is completely silicone. Silicone ranks a 10 out of 10 on the materials safety scale. It is non porous, so bacteria and other baddies can't live inside the toy. It is hypoallergenic (a great option for those allergic to latex or jelly) and made of food grade materials. Silicone, when taken care of, also has a longer life span that other toys such as jelly or rubber.

This dildo can bend, but it has a weight and firmness to it. Even squeezing the shaft, it will squeeze, but you can feel the firmness as well. It is flexible enough to use with a harness in a variety of positions.

It is flexible, but I wouldn't call it floppy. In certain positions you can certainly find your sweet spot. In terms of texture, the Sedeux doesn't have that much. The only real texture comes from the slightly realistic head of the toy. This can be used for beginners or more advanced players who want something on the smooth and smaller side. There will probably be a little drag using this dildo. If there is, water based lube should let you glide along.

Design / Shape / Size

The size is great for those who want a smaller dildo than average. Many of the dildos on Eden can be intimidating, especially if you have a petitie or shy vagina (or ass). The Sedeux comes in at 5.5 inches long with an insertable length of 5 inches. It has a circumference of 4 inches around, which is an average (or slightly thinner than average) size for the majority of women's vibrators/toys. if using it anally, you probably need to warm up with a smaller toy or plug before taking on this dildo. Here it is compared to another dildo, the Goddess, which is 7.5 inches long with 6 inches insertable.

The design is simple, yet thoughtful. While red, the Sedeux has a sheen to it. It has some grayish swirls in it along with the red color. The design gives it a nice touch (and makes it look more valuable). It is less realistic than most dildos out there, so if you want realism, this won't work for you.

In terms of travel, the Sedeux is easy to travel with. Simply wrap it in a cloth and throw it in a bag or luggage. It doesn't have metal and won't accidentally tun on like electric toys, so it's quite discreet in this way.

The Sedeux is designed to fit in O-ring harnesses. I think it will fit most harnesses out there since the flared base is not too large or too small. The silicone base has a little suction to it, but nothing like a suction cup (you wouldn't be able to thrust with this by sticking it on a flat surface).

The dildo, when lubed, is able to be inserted whether vaginally or anally. Vaginally, its length should work for most vaginas. Unless you have a more petite (shorter) vagina, your partner should be able to use this dildo on you without worrying about them thrusting to much of the toy inside. Even if it is too long, you could wrap you hand around the bottom of the toy, effectively shortening it.

The only individuals who may not like this toy are those who want realism or size queens. The size of this dildo makes it a great option for foreplay, intercourse, of even after play if one partner is spent and the other one is still going.

Care and Maintenance

Care is easy for this dildo. For vaginal use, soap and water, toy cleaner, and wet wipes can be used. If using anally or sharing, you can sterilize the toy by boiling for 3 minutes or using a 10 percent bleach solution. Once dry, it is best to store Sedeux wrapped in a cloth. You don't want the silicone to touch other toys, such as jelly or TPR, because these materials could warp or damage your silicone.

Lint does collect on this dildo, but what do you expect from silicone? It's not a ridiculous amount of lint compared to soe other silicone toys *cough* nite warmer *cough*. If anything, you can wipe the toy down before use.

Use only water based lubes with this dildo. If you must, you can do a test spot on the bottom of the toy, but I wouldn't risk it. Water based is your best bet.

Packaging is pretty basic for the Sedeux. It is clear, plastic, snap-shell packaging. It is not discreet since the toy can be easily seen. It can be easily pulled apart to get to the toy. The pack of the paper in the package showcases the qualities of the toy (silicone, hypoallergenic, etc). It really isn't intended for long term storage.

Personal comments

I wish there were more smaller dildos on Eden. The average length seems to exceed 6 or 7 inches.

This is my second dildo purchase. My first one was the Goddess. I bought Goddess with a thigh harness. We purchased the thigh harness so my boyfriend could wear it and I could ride the dildo before I rode him (since I'm like the energizer bunny). The Goddess is nice, but it's a bit bigger in all dimensions and has moderate to advanced textures on it. I wanted something a little smoother to go with my harness.

Sedeux works perfectly for this. It's easier to ride than goddess and I don't have to be careful ridding Sedeux like I do with Goddess. Maybe if I become more into texture, I will start to use Goddess more.
