I really don't know if there is a best way to use this toy. I have only used it vaginally, as I am not that adventurous in my anal sphincter. However, I find that there are several ways to use it in the vagina. I prefer it with the curve up but my girlfriend likes it upside down. Fast or slow, it's great both ways.
