The Softee Balsy Super by Doc Johnson is a great toy for those who like both girth and flexibility. It is big enough that it provides a feeling of fullness, yet is flexible and soft. I would NOT recommend this dildo to a beginner because the size can be rather intimidating. It is also not a very discreet item.

The Softee Ballsy Super is made entirely of Sil-a-gel which is a semi porous PVC with antibacterial properties. It is latex, cadmium and phthalates free.

The texture is wonderful; smooth and velvety to the touch. The dildo is veined which adds a pleasurable amount of stimulation. It is VERY flexible and soft/squishy, which is great because it means you are unlikely to hurt or damage your cervix if you are thrusting wildly in a near orgasmic panic.

It is important to note that Sil-a-gel has a very strong and distinct odor, almost like candy... but not. This smell will not dissipate over time, and will transfer temporarily to anything it comes into direct contact with. It tastes like it smells, and the taste lingers. I have in fact woken up the morning after using a sil-a-gel product which was washed and left out to dry, with the taste of sil-a-gel in my mouth simply from breathing the odor in all night.

I loved the design of this. The shape is realistic but the colour is definitely not, it reminds me distinctly of the Smurfs. The bulbous head added extra pressure against my g-spot, I imagine it would work equally well on the P-spot. The veins were raised just enough to be pleasurable but not irritating. The balls provide an attractive and functional base. They are good for holding down the dildo while using it on a flat surface like a bed or in the bath, and they enable safe anal penetration.

The size was intimidating for me at first; it is not the girthiest toy out there, but at 1 3/4" in diameter it isn't small. I have wanted a larger dildo for a long time and hadn't found one that I was completely sold on. After using the Softee a few times I am completely smitten. It gives a satisfying sense of fullness and was the perfect length for riding on the bed.

The length of the Softee Ballsy Super is both good and bad depending on it's use. For straddling on a bed or in the bathtub it is excellent; for strap-on vaginal penetration, it might be too much. The packaging states that the balls will make contact in just the right places. there is no world in which those balls will make contact with my body, (that is unless I fold the remaining 1/3rd of the dildo over until it touches me). I cannot attest to this didlos performance during anal penetration; size wise, this cock is WAY out of my league.

Harness compatibility was good. The Softee fit comfortably into a 2" O ring. The balls worked to help stabilize it as well.

Though the base of this dildo is not designed for suction, I did find that it would stick to the base of my bathtub with relative ease.

To prevent dust and dirt from collecting on your dildo you can store it with a condom on it. You will want to either keep this dildo in the original packaging, or seal it in an airtight bag or box. I would not advise storing it in a drawer, as the smell of the material will transfer onto anything it comes into direct contact with and will need to be washed out.

Cleaning should be done before and after every use, you can use a mild soap and warm water or a toy cleaner. Water and Silicone based lubricants are compatible with this toy.

The packaging on this toy was a simple, one piece, molded, pull apart plastic box. I really like this type of plastic packaging because it can be reused for storage, and because you aren't likely to slice your hands open on sharp or thin edges while opening it.

There is a thin cardboard insert which is very colourful and makes the whole package appealing. The front of the insert proclaims that you have in your hand an 8 inch, soft to the touch, Phthalates free super cock. The back of the insert gives more material information (in 6 languages), company information, and a website address for registering your product for warranty purposes. I wasn't sure what to expect from this one. It is my first flat base dildo so I really had no idea how to utilize that feature.
