Traditionally, double ended dildos are used by two people simultaneously vaginally or anally. This particular dildo has the girth to be used solo; bent in an "L" shape on the floor and used hands free. This toy allowed me to have the first anal orgasm in 3 years due to its girth. If the intended use is couples play, make sure both partners can take the girth. It is hard to use in the shower since there is no base and things can get slippery.

There is a strong smell and my wife can tell when it's in the room simply by scent. The smell persists after several washes. There is no noticeable taste. When clean it really is "squeaky" clean. You can't rub your finger across is easily similar to a clean window, and it tends to pick up hair and lent pretty readily. If the dildo were smaller it would be much softer but the sheer girth of this toy adds a great amount of firmness. It is almost as firm as an erect penis.
