I honestly was pleased with this item and was so comfortable with them that sometimes I forget they are still there. It's very sensational when removing them. I liked that they weren't too big so they didn't hurt inserting.

I felt that these worked fantastically. This was my first forte into kegel balls. It was definitely enjoyable. I was able to wear these under my clothes all day, and no one noticed. It definitely helped strengthen my walls, which was awesome and helped with stamina and lasting a longer amount of time in the bedroom without getting sore as quickly. I'm thankful that these were recommended for me to try out and definitely wanted to take the time to try them out completely.


As always, please be sure to try things yourself and if you're allergic to silicone, this may not be the best option for you.
Experience
I wore these to work numerous times and just as I went about my day, thankfully they never fell out or had any discomfort issues while wearing them for 8 to 12 hours depending on the day.
