Beginner Friendly!

I had been doing Kegal exercises without any you help and let me tell ya the difference in results made me regret not getting Ben wall balls sooner! The texture is buttery smooth silicone and the weight from the balls were perfect for a beginner like myself. The color was aesthetically pleasing as well and easy to find in my box of toys 😉 the size was just a bit overwhelming to me getting them in an out but making sure you are in a comfortable position to slowly ease them in and out with lube made it easy to handle. The stem to pull is a good length and there’s no fear of not being able to get them out. Another great feature for more advanced leaves exercisers is the option to take the Ben wa balls out of the silicone sleeve and use them without to really test out you skills and improve them even further. This is definitely a great set to really get results and have a healthy pelvic muscles. They were easy to clean versatile, and can help you advance to strength your pelvic floor even more. I’ve can not only feel the results but my partner has can feel the results and they were very happy with my progress 😉
