For a toy with very simple usage, it gets the job done. It wasn't my intended outcome, but I can actually notice a difference in my pelvic floor strength in terms of tightness and control. The orgasms that I have after I've worn this for a couple of hours are out of this world too, but...that's just an added plus.

As far as sex toys go, they're in the middle ground of easiness to care for. You do have to take out the balls to clean them and inside of the sleeve, and they're a little bit difficult to get out and get back in, but it's relatively simple. They come in a box and plastic container, which makes these balls incredibly easy to store. If you need to use lube, you better only use water-based because this is a silicone toy.
