Fingerless ruffle gloves - glove discontinued by Leg Avenue - review by Molly Carter

The Fingerless Ruffle Gloves by Leg Avenue are beautiful and sexy. I ordered them because I only have a few dollars left on a gift card, and didn't expect a whole lot. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived, as they completely surpassed my expectations.

The gloves consist of a lacey, floral design which is delicate and rather ornate. Around the finger holes there is a different lace pattern, just over a half inch think, that is much more solid than the rest of the glove.


The fingers of the gloves average about two inches long, and fall just above my middle knuckles (my fingers are rather long though, but not abnormally so). Even though they are made of nylon, these gloves are not strechy, except for the band around the wrist. If your hands are extra-large, there is a good possiblity you will struggle to fit your fingers in comfortably.

The gloves are comfortable to wear, and, although the material is not soft, they do not irrate my skin. When being touched by a gloved hand, the lace is somewhat rough and scratchy, but in a good way, adding just enough texture to add to the sensation.

They look fantastic on, kind of an edgy, naughty maid feel. They fit with many different things, and I'm sure you could even find a use for them outside the bedroom.

These gloves are rather fragile, and I am therefore very careful with mine. I make sure to be aware of my rings when taking them on and off, and pull each glove off with care when I am done wearing them. If taken care of, I think they will last for a while. Due to the delicacy of the material, I would not recommend wearing these with any type of restraints, as I'm sure both metal and velcro will pull on the fabric, easily putting a hole in it.

I would take care to try and keep them away from body fluids, lube, and other things that may get the gloves dirty. If you do have to wash them, I'd do it with a mild soap by hand, letting them air dry.

For the price, you can't beat them. I promise you I will always have a pair of these, as long as Eden carries them.

I like to dress up in the bedroom, and these gloves can be worn with many of my pieces. They add a sexy flare to many outfits, and a naughty feel. These gloves can also be worn with many outfits outside the bedroom, especially if you tend to dress "dark."

I still love these, and for the price, who can blame me! Although I don't see them lasting forever, they are cute and cheap. The more I wear them, the softer the fabric becomes, making them even better!
