This toy comes in a nice little box with user manual and charger. The charger is a USB but has no plug with it for a wall outlet. It is waterproof silicone, so don't use any silicone lube with it unless you want to throw it away. It is very easy to clean with just soap and water in the sink. The silicone is very soft to the touch and accepts heat well. There are four modes and five intensity levels. Spend some time getting used to the controls before you play with it so that you know how to operate it. It is easy to get messed up if you don't pay attention to the buttons. There is no real taste or smell to this toy. It can be used almost anywhere to tease but works best on the clitoris. Nipples, labia, clit, penis, peri-anal are all good places to try. Make sure to use lube with it. Water-based of course.

When using the Form 2, it is a lot of fun to play with and has the power to finish the job. I have used it in the shower and in the bed along with my Doc Johnson Realstic Cock.
