Easiest Exercise I Can Do...

I love this product. I am sad that Eden has discontinued the product. I would suggest this to anyone looking for a slightly larger Kegel exerciser.

Use

The Ophoria K Balls are used to for Kegel exercises, which are exercises for toning your pelvic floor muscles. They are weighted and designed to sit inside your vagina. The weight causes you to be aware of them so you can grasp/pull/push them with your vaginal muscles.

Material / Texture

These have a silky silicone covering over hard plastic. There is no real smell to speak of, and the silicone feels wonderful against the skin.

The bulbous design is comfortable while inserted. Some may find the length too much, however.
The string is a good length as well.

They did the job they were supposed to do. The K Balls are comfortable, user friendly, and high quality.

The shaker balls are really good as well, I have had balls in the past that I couldn't feel. With these, however, I can feel the shaker! It's wonderful!

Care and Maintenance

I suggest cleaning these with a mild soap and hot water. This is a silicone toy so only water based lubes should be used. I like to keep mine stored away from other silicone toys and in a ziplock baggie to keep fluff, fuzz, and dust off of them.
