O.K. balls

K-Balls are Kegel exercisers, designed to be worn inside the vagina to give the muscles something to clench around and help build pelvic floor strength. They can help clenching during vaginal sex and improve bladder control and other pelvic-related health.

There is another ball (shaker) inside each ball to add a little extra stimulation/vibration, but it's hard to feel unless you're really moving around. It's great to use while exercising. Plus, there's no noise, so it's easy to wear in public without anyone noticing.

These are NOT meant for anal; it could be dangerous to try it.

The balls are coated in hard silicone, so they're body-safe. They're pretty firm, with a little bit of bend and give in the connecting bit between the ball. The string is plastic. There is no odor to the material.

I like how the balls are connected. Some K-balls are connected with a cloth cord and that grosses me out. With this design, I'm not worried about gunk building up on the connecting area. The balls are pretty big (for K-balls, for me at least). They don't fit in very well. I would suggest getting a smaller size if possible. Being K-balls, it's a small item, so it's easy to travel with. If you can accommodate the size, I would say it's a great choice for female-bodied people with any amount of K-ball experience.

Inserting would be perfectly easy if the size wasn't a bit too large. Also, the shakers aren't going to do much for you unless you're jumping up and down or running or doing something VERY active. I didn't feel like I really needed to do Kegel exercises and mostly just purchased the toy for stimulation and see what it was like. However, the shakers are very disappointing. I did notice that my clenching abilities during vaginal sex improved though, so that's a big plus!

It's very easy to care for, being silicone. Hot and soapy water or watered-down bleach will work perfectly. Toy cleaner as well. As I said before, the smooth connection between the balls makes them less of a nastiness collector, however the connection of the plastic string needs to be cleaned thoroughly.

Do not use silicone lube with this toy, or you'll degrade it.
