Ophoria K balls are kegel exercisers that are designed to help stregthen the muscles of the pelvic floor in a woman's vagina. These muscles need to be worked out just like any other muscle in the body, and these balls provide something to clench your muscles around.

You can wear these while you're cleaning your house, at work, grocery shopping, etc. They are discreet as they make no noise while inside of you, and they give you a little reminder to squeeze those important muscles!

Oftentimes the pelvic floor muscles can become lax due to inactivity, childbirth, or other causes. It's very important for the muscles to be toned. These are the muscles that help with bladder control, childbirth, and even sexual functions, so it's very important to make sure that you're working them!

The Ophoria K balls are made of silicone, but they're very hard and have no give to them. They have no smell and no taste, but they do have a matte look and texture. If you're being super picky, you can feel a slight separation between the colors. It doesn't say it, but it would seem as though the white areas are plastic, as it doesn't have the exact same feel as the purple silicone. None of this can be felt internally.

The center piece between the two balls is very flexible yet firm; there's no worry about one of the balls separating from the other.

This exerciser has a cool, modern look to it while still managing to get the job done. There are two balls that are covered and connected with silicone, ensuring that they won't become detatched from each other.

You can tell that they are weighted when holding them in your hands, and you can hear and feel inner balls moving around inside of them. You can't hear them once they've been inserted, however.

On one end is a plastic cord that helps you retrieve the balls when you're ready to remove them. It's attached very firmly, and it remains in place even when pulling hard on it.



If you're not used to any type of vaginal penetration, these might feel a little large and difficult to insert, but that can usually be fixed with a little bit of water-based lube.

Since this is one solid piece, there's no worry about any kind of fluid leaking into the balls. They are totally water tight.

What I liked about these balls was that they're comfortable enough to wear all day long, and are easy to remove whenever you're ready to take them out. At the same time, after a couple of hours you can't feel them much. When I first insert them, I can feel the inner balls rolling around, but after a little while that feeling goes away.

As these balls are made from silicone, cleaning them is simple! Use antibacterial soap and warm water, or use your favorite sex toy cleaner. If that's not enough, you can always bleach them, boil them, or throw them on the top rack of your dishwasher.

Silicone is not compatable with silicone-based lube, so use these with a water-based as needed.

Store your K Balls in a small toy pouch, or a sandwich bag, to keep them safe and clean.

The Ophoria K Balls were packaged in a plastic case that was meant to be displayed on a peg hook. It looks like something you would find near the condoms/lube in your local department store. The package is clear, making the toy very obvious. It doesn't give off a huge "I'm a sex toy" vibe until you read what it says, though. There's a little information on the backside of the package, but it also comes with an informational paper inside.




On the back, there's a little tab that makes it look like the package is easy open. I almost cut myself trying to get it open, so save yourself the pain and just grab a pair of scissors. You can't reuse this package at all.



Inside you get an additional paper that gives you some details about the toy. It also has you visit a website to get bonus tips on using the toy.



When I went onto their website and put in my code, these were the tips I received:

Sitting:

Sit down on a chair and insert K-BALLS into your vagina. Close your legs after the balls are comfortably in place. Use your vaginal muscles to move the balls back and forth inside your vagina. Difficulty level: easy

Standing:

Stand up and spread your feet shoulder width apart. Insert K-BALLS and hold them inside your vagina as long as you can. Difficulty level: moderate

Squat:

While squatting spread your feet as far apart as is comfortable. Without using any other muscles (ie. stomach and legs), use your vaginal muscles to hold and/or move K-BALLS inside your vagina. Do not let the K-BALLS slip out. Difficulty level: challenging

Tip: Slowly increase length of use. Start with 10 minutes and increase by 10 minute increments. Use daily. Do not wear while sleeping or for extended periods of time."

I'm always up for trying new things to make myself feel tighter inside. After naturally birthing three children, I thought that maybe this was something I should try to help tone up. I have always done kegel exercises without anything inserted and thought that maybe this would add to them.

I enjoy the feeling of them inside when I clench around them. Even when I'm walking about and not paying attention, it's not difficult to keep them in. I guess I was hoping that they would be more of a challenge, but at the same time I'm grateful for that fact that my muscles are already strong enough that they're not challenging.

I thought that I was going to feel the inner balls moving around more throughout the day. Even when I TRIED to make my body move a lot, it was hard to feel the inner balls. That was a bit of a disappointment, since that was one of the reasons I chose these balls. It might just be me; I don't have the most sensitive vagina, but I wanted to share that as well.

I also wanted to note that the coloring I received was not the same as in the photos. I was looking forward to having the two-tone purple color, but received white and purple instead. Obviously that doesn't change the function of the exerciser, but I wanted to make everyone aware.
